We don’t accept returns on accessories. However, if your accessory is unopened and within 30 days of delivery, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. In that case, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back, and original shipping costs (including any “free shipping” amount) are non-refundable.
Defective items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please reach out with your order details and photos, and we’ll help you start the warranty process for a repair or replacement according to the manufacturer’s policy.
We carry a wide range of accessories - from bench seats, air-floors, EVA decking, fenders, storage bags, to pumps & repair kits - all designed to complement inflatable sport boats.
To ensure a proper fit:
- Check the accessory listing for compatibility (boat length, floor type, or model name)
- Verify your boat’s current configuration (floor type, transom, rail system)
- If in doubt, contact our support team with your boat model and year.
This helps ensure you select the right size and version (for example: length variant or “air floor” vs “aluminum floor”).
Installation or usage will vary by item:
- Bench seats or sliding rail systems: slide on rails or snap into pre-installed fittings.
- Inflatable air-floor: remove old floor (if applicable), align and inflate per manufacturer specs.
- EVA decking: peel and stick onto the floor surface, allowing proper adhesion and curing time.
- Pumps and inflators: connect to your boat’s inflation valves and follow the pump’s instructions for correct PSI or volume.
