Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Unopened Items:
    Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a product refund or exchange.

      • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Opened Products:

      Opened products can only be returned with written email consent from management in advance, and must include authorization numbers. A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply depending on product condition.
      Returned items must include all original accessories and packaging; missing parts will be deducted at full retail price. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Free Shipping Orders:

      If your order qualified for “free shipping,” the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Dealer Purchases:

      If your product was purchased through a dealer, you must contact them directly regarding returns. Items sent directly to the manufacturer without written authorization will be refused and returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

      Please note that aluminum floor accessories are non-returnable. Additionally, Inflatable Sport Boats that have already been registered with the DMV cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy

Our products are built to last and undergo rigorous inspections prior to packaging. We experience very few warranty claims, but if an issue arises, we’ll take care of it.

  • Coverage:

      All warranties for defective items are honored directly by the manufacturer (Island Hopper).

      • 5-Year Limited Warranty: Water Platforms, Water Trampolines, and Water Bouncers
      • 3-Year Limited Warranty: Inflatable Sport Boats, Attachments, and Bounce Houses
      • 1-Year Limited Warranty: Banana Boats

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship most products via FedEx Ground within the continental USA.
  • Products over 150 lbs ship via truck freight, and you may be contacted for delivery arrangements.
  • Expedited shipping options (Overnight, 2-Day, or 3-Day) are available at checkout or upon request.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day.

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once shipped, the customer is responsible for receiving the package. If left at your door, it is your responsibility to take possession. You may request a signature-required delivery during checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide through our dedicated international shipping department.

  • Orders are shipped to the nearest international airport or customer’s chosen destination.
  • Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
