This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, rodents or other animals, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Any unopened Island Hopper Inflatable product may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a product refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns on opened items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus freight charges in both directions. The exact restocking fee will be determined after the returned product has been received and inspected, based on the condition of the item. If the product is returned in like-new condition with all original components and packaging, no restocking fee will be charged. Restocking fees are applied only to restore returned products to a resalable condition, which may include cleaning, inspection, repair, and repackaging. This process typically takes 5–7 business days after the returned product is received.
Please ensure all items listed on the original packing list are included in the return. Any missing parts or accessories will be deducted from the refund at their full retail value. To help expedite processing, include a note inside the return package explaining the reason for the return.

How does the self-bailing one-way valve work?
To open the valve, pull it up. A rubber washer protects the exterior of the valve(one-way valve) from letting water in and only out. However, this allows water to exit only when the water pressure inside the boat exceeds the outside water pressure. This typically occurs when the boat is on plane or moving quickly, causing the water inside to be pushed towards the rear transom bail valve with force.
If you need to drain the boat while on davits or dry land, open the valve and prop the rubber gasket open with a small stick to let the water out. If the boat is stationary on stagnate water, you will need a self-bailing pump.

What is the re-enforced transom made of?
The marine plywood transom is glued to the PVC boat side tubes (must be glued because it’s wood connecting to PVC). We re-enforce it by added an additional piece of PVC material around the glued connection that is Heat-Welded down on top. The Sport Boats have a piece of PVC laminating the transom to make the marine plywood even more marine weather resistant and durable. Double re-enforcing the most critical spot on the boat.
