Assembling an Inflatable Sport Boat is a straightforward process designed for quick setup and reliable performance on the water. This guide provides clear instructions for both aluminum floor models and air floor models, ensuring users can complete the assembly confidently and safely.

Aluminum floor models require inserting and securing multiple floorboards, resulting in a rigid and stable platform ideal for higher loads. Air floor models offer a lighter and faster setup, as the floor is pre-installed and inflates as a single unit.

Most boats can be assembled within 10–15 minutes, depending on the floor type. These instructions apply to the following Inflatable Sport Boat models:

  • Shark 9.8′
  • Manta Ray 8.8′
  • Dolphin 8.8′
  • Killer Whale 10.8′

The guide below outlines all tools needed, inflation recommendations, and step-by-step assembly procedures to ensure a secure and properly balanced setup.

Maximum & Suggested Inflation PSI:

Main Sport Boat Tubes:  MAX: 3.6 PSI – SUGGESTED: 1.5-2 PSI

Keel Tube:  MAX 4.5 PSI – SUGGESTED: 1 PSI

Air Deck Floor:   MAX: 8 PSI – SUGGESTED: 6 PSI

Step 1
Place the Inflatable Sport Boat on a clean, flat surface free of sharp objects. Inflate the three main side chambers to about 30–50 percent—just enough for the boat to hold its shape. If needed, release some air during assembly to make floor installation easier.

Step 1a – For Air Floor Models
Skip Steps 2–5. Fully inflate the air floor first (up to 8 PSI) before inflating the keel.

Inflation Guidance
You may use any air-blowing device such as a shop vacuum (on blow), leaf blower, magic air inflator, or PSI auto inflator by holding it against the valve and filling the chamber. The included foot pump has a valve adaptor and can fully inflate all Sport Boats. Attach the foot pump with the valve needle popped up and closed, then top off each chamber. When the pump is removed, the valve closes automatically. The foot pump cannot overinflate the boat.
