Aluminum Bench Seat for Inflatable Boats and Dinghies

Add a second seat or replace a worn one with this aluminum bench seat for inflatable boats. It slides onto the PVC seat rails on the tubes, so it goes in and comes out without tools.

Once on the rail, the seat moves up to one foot forward or back, which lets you balance the boat for one rower, two passengers, or a load of gear. Every current Island Hopper dinghy has rail positions for two bench seats.

Fits Your Inflatable Sport Boat

The 85 cm seat fits the Dolphin 8.8, Manta Ray 8.8, White Marlin 9.8, and Shark 9.8. The 95 cm seat fits the Killer Whale 10.8 and Swordfish 10.8. Both sizes fit boats sold under the former Inflatable Sport Boats name. This seat also works on other brands of inflatable dinghy that use slide-on seat rails. Measure the distance between your rails and match it to the 85 cm or 95 cm seat.

Bench seat is a good addition. Other comments - the oars are not as good as Achilles oars! Putting the dinghy together is not easy. The instructions could definitely use some work particularly with setting in the side rails. We realized after 2+ hours that getting the rails in place and then inflating the dinghy more, allowed them to catch. Not sure we’ll ever take the dingy apart! Once totally together, the dinghy is good and works for us 80 year olds!!!!
